This role sits at the strategic intersection of product, marketing, and go-to-market execution, responsible for shaping how innovative technology solutions are positioned and adopted in the global marketplace. You will lead the development of compelling messaging, value propositions, and marketing strategies that clearly articulate product differentiation and business impact. Working closely with product, sales, and consulting teams, you will ensure that offerings are effectively launched, understood, and adopted across target markets. The position requires a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with ownership of end-to-end product marketing initiatives. You will also play a key role in enabling sales teams through tools, training, and content that drive revenue growth. Accountabilities
Lead product marketing strategy and execution for complex technology offerings, ensuring strong market positioning, effective go-to-market execution, and alignment across product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies to position products effectively within competitive markets.
- Create value propositions, messaging frameworks, and positioning content for new and existing products.
- Translate technical product capabilities into clear, compelling market narratives and sales enablement tools.
- Lead go-to-market planning, launch activities, and integrated marketing campaigns for product releases.
- Produce thought leadership content, whitepapers, case studies, and client-facing marketing materials.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to define differentiation strategies.
- Enable sales teams through training, tools, and content to improve product adoption and revenue performance.
- Track campaign effectiveness and product marketing performance using relevant KPIs and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across product, sales, and consulting functions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to strengthen overall marketing capability and execution quality.
Requirements
Strong experience in product marketing within technology or B2B environments, with proven ability to launch complex products, develop messaging strategies, and drive go-to-market success.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Extensive experience in product marketing, preferably within high-tech, SaaS, or ICT environments.
- Proven track record of launching technology products and driving go-to-market strategies.
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling business messaging.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and consulting.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and competitive analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability.
- Experience in developing marketing collateral, sales enablement content, and campaign assets.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills in complex environments.
- Leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
