Job Title: Senior / Principal Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant to lead and deliver complex HRMS solutions within the Oracle R12 environment. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business HR strategy and technical execution. You will act as a Solution Architect, capable of end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and support of the Oracle HRMS suite, while providing mentorship to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

1. Functional Leadership & Architecture

Solution Design: Lead the requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design for Oracle EBS R12 HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OTL, Absence Management, and Benefits).

Business Process Engineering: Map complex HR business processes to Oracle standard functionality to minimize customizations (CEMLI).

Configuration: Own the setup and configuration of Multi-Org environments, Business Groups, Legislations, and complex Payroll schemes.

Integration Strategy: Design robust integration strategies between HRMS and downstream systems (Finance/GL, Legacy Systems, or Third-party Payroll providers).

2. Technical Development & Delivery

Development: Hands-on development and review of complex RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).

Advanced Logic: Write and optimize complex Fast Formulas for Payroll calculations, Absence accruals, and PTO carry-over logic.

Customization: Design and maintain OAF (Oracle Application Framework) personalizations and extensions.

Workflow: develop and troubleshoot Oracle Workflow for SSHR approvals and custom business events.

Reporting: Create complex management reports using XML/BI Publisher and discoverer migration.

3. Project & Stakeholder Management

Methodology: Execute projects using AIM (Application Implementation Methodology) or OUM (Oracle Unified Method), delivering documents such as MD050, MD070, BR100, and TE040.

Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to HR stakeholders, translating technical constraints into business risks and solutions.

Performance Tuning: Identify bottlenecks in concurrent programs and SQL queries and provide performance tuning solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Technical Skills (Must-Have)

Database: Expert-level proficiency in PL/SQL (Stored Procedures, Packages, Triggers, Cursors, Bulk Collect).

Tools: Oracle Forms 10g, Oracle Reports 10g, XML/BI Publisher, Workflow Builder.

Frameworks: Strong experience in OAF (Controller extensions, VO/EO extensions).

HR Specifics: Deep expertise in Oracle FastFormula and API/User Hooks.

Data Loading: Experience with WebADI and SQL*Loader for bulk data processing.

Functional Module Expertise

Primary: Core HR, Payroll (Specific Country Localization is a plus), Self-Service HR (SSHR).

Secondary: Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), Absence Management, Advanced Benefits (OAB), Performance Management (PMS).

System Admin: Knowledge of AOL (Application Object
