Job Description

Develop unit plot plans and equipment layouts for offshore projects including WHP, process platforms, and FPSO facilities.
Perform layout optimization studies to ensure safety, operability, and efficient use of space.
Prepare material take-offs (MTO) in accordance with project requirements.
Review vendor packages and ensure seamless integration with overall piping and layout design.
Ensure piping design integrity is maintained throughout project execution.
Apply mechanical handling concepts during layout development to support safe and efficient operations.
Perform support selection and modeling, including preparation of special support drawings when required.
Conduct ISO checking and back drafting, and provide support to the ISO team as per project needs.
Lead, mentor, and guide junior designers, ensuring adherence to design standards and best practices.
Contribute to conceptual layout studies during early project phases.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design and execution challenges.
