Senior Principal Investigator - Synthetic Chemistry

Role Requirements:

• A Ph.D. degree with post-doctoral research (10 years) with excellent communication skills is preferred
• The candidate must be capable of leading a team of 20-40 FTEs and executing high-profile projects.
• The group lead should be visionary and develop strategies to meet the market competitiveness in terms of productivity and cost efficiency.
• The candidate should be exceptional in cross-functional teamwork and customer engagement.
