Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Senior Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions across integration, data platforms, and AI ecosystems. This role will be pivotal in shaping our digital transformation journey, enabling seamless data flow, intelligent automation, and scalable AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Architecture
Design and implement enterprise-wide integration strategies using APIs, event-driven architectures, and middleware platforms (e.g., Tibco BW, Apigee, Azure Integration Services)
Define integration patterns and standards for REST/SOAP services, microservices, and IoT interfaces
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable integration solutions.
AI & ML Solutioning
Architect and deliver AI/ML solutions using cloud-native tools (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OpenAI, Databricks)
Lead development of AI agents, prompt engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented
Partner with product vendors and data scientists to build intelligent applications that solve real-world business problems
Data Architecture
Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise platforms
Lead data governance initiatives, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and internal standards
Optimize data flows, ETL pipelines, and data lake architectures using tools like Apache Flink, Kafka, and SailPoint
Platform Strategy & Leadership
Define technical roadmaps for integration and AI platforms aligned with business goals
Mentor engineering teams and contribute to open-source and internal knowledge
Engage with stakeholders to drive adoption of AI and integration capabilities across the organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with deep expertise in integration, data platforms, and AI.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data modeling tools (Erwin, dbt), and AI frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
