Job Title: Senior Principal Enterprise Architect – AI, Cloud & Digital Transformation

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to lead the design and governance of enterprise-scale digital platforms and AI-enabled transformation initiatives. This role operates at the intersection of business strategy, enterprise architecture, and emerging technologies, guiding organizations through complex modernization programs.
The architect will define future-state architectures that integrate cloud platforms, enterprise applications, data ecosystems, and AI/Generative AI capabilities, enabling scalable, secure, and intelligent enterprise systems.
This role requires strong experience in enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud-native platforms, AI-driven automation, and large-scale digital transformation programs, along with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders and cross-functional leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Architecture Strategy
- Define and evolve the enterprise architecture vision, principles, and governance frameworks aligned with business strategy.
- Establish reference architectures, technology standards, and architectural roadmaps to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Guide modernization programs including legacy transformation, cloud adoption, platform engineering, and intelligent automation.
AI & Generative AI Architecture
- Design enterprise platforms that embed AI, machine learning, and Generative AI capabilities into core business processes.
- Architect AI-powered copilots, intelligent agents, decision-support systems, and automation platforms.
- Implement RAG architectures, vector search, model orchestration frameworks, and AI observability platforms.
- Define AI governance models, responsible AI frameworks, and model lifecycle management strategies.
Cloud & Platform Architecture
- Architect cloud-native enterprise platforms leveraging microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, and containerized workloads.
- Define multi-cloud and hybrid cloud strategies across AWS, Azure, and GCP ecosystems.
- Enable scalable platform architectures for enterprise applications, digital experiences, and AI services.
Integration & Data Architecture
- Establish enterprise integration patterns across API platforms, event streaming systems, middleware, and SaaS ecosystems.
- Architect real-time data platforms and data pipelines enabling analytics, AI, and intelligent automation.
- Integrate enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, BPM, and digital experience platforms into a cohesive ecosystem.
Technology Leadership & Governance
- Lead architecture governance boards, design authority reviews, and technology strategy discussions.
- Provide architecture oversight across large transformation programs and multi-vendor delivery ecosystems.
- Ensure architecture compliance with security, regulatory, and enterprise technology standards.
Executive Engagement
- Partner with CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders to translate business objectives into scalable technology architectures.
- Lead executive architecture discussions, strategy workshops, and transformation roadmaps.
- Drive alignment across business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering organizations.
Innovation & Thought Leadership
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies including AI agents, GenAI platforms, intelligent automation, and composable enterprise architectures.
- Develop reusable architecture blueprints, accelerators, and transformation frameworks.
- Mentor solution architects and contribute to architecture community development.

Education
