Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant - Tech Project Manager (GenAI Project Manager)
Your demonstrated ability to consistently achieve this while continuing to improve your knowledge and skills will define success for your role. You will exercise independent judgement within defined policies and procedures to determine appropriate action as well as lead a small team to an outcome while being a role model for your team.Responsibilities
.Lead and manage gen AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to define project goals and deliverables.
.Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and contingency strategies.
.Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
.Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
.Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and share lessons learned.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
.Proven experience in project management, preferably in AI or technology-driven environments.
.Strong understanding of gen AI technologies and their applications.
.Good with Python and exposure to atleast one cloud platform (Azure/AWS/GCP)
.Experience in GenAI solution deployment, validation and monitoring the model..Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Jira.
.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
.Strong leadership abilities with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
.Good to have below skills background -
oExperience in managing requirement workshops, user story creations, and scenario use case definitions.
oUnderstanding of software development life cycle, Relational databases, UX design etc.
oFamiliarity with Web app
oExperience in process flow, data flow diagrams, user acceptance testing, user training documentation.Why join Genpact
