We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, Project Management & Analytics

The Project Manager is in charge of schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables for project. Monitors teams to make sure goals and objectives are being maintained. Knowledge of larger landscapes without neglecting granular details while tracking project health, staying alert for risk and resolving issues as they arise. Maintains standards and monitors scope with project quality. Also Manages below mentioned responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all projects are delivered timely, within scope and within budget

• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant partners and ensuring technical feasibility

• Conduct client meetings to get detailed understanding of business problems and clarify specific requirements of each project

• Ensure resource availability and allocation

• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress and for sharing with clients

• Lead changes to the project scope, project timeline and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure timely escalation and notification to management as and when needed

• Maintain the relationship with clients and all partners

• Establish and manage relationships with third parties/vendors

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Appropriately delegate project tasks to team based on individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels

• Provide guidance to the team wherever needed on - analytics, insight generation, storyboarding

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

• Proven working experience in project management

• Excellent client-facing and internal presentation skills

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

• Strong working understanding of Microsoft Office

• Bachelor%27s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

• Knowledge of statistical analysis

Preferred qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification

• Experience in Python

• Previous experience in predictive analytics project management and execution

• Must be able to work on a flexible schedule
