Inviting Applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant _ Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) AI Developer
We are looking for a hands-on OCI AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
This role focuses on building and implementing AI solutions, including LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows to bring enterprise AI designs to life.
The ideal candidate must have strong programming skills, experience with LLMs, ML Models, AI and Agentic frameworks, building RAG and Learning Pipelines with the ability to develop scalable, production-ready AI applications integrated with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
.Develop and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI applications using OCI Generative AI, OCI Data Science, and OCI AI Services.
.Develop Agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as Lang Graph, CrewAI, or AutoGen, including multi-agent workflows, Tool integration, State and memory management
.Build and implement RAG pipelines, including chunking, embedding generation, vector search integration using Oracle Autonomous Database, and prompt orchestration
.Implement LLM-based tool-calling and API integration patterns to enable real-time interaction with enterprise systems and external services.
.Integrate LLMs (e.g., Cohere, GPT) into enterprise applications using APIs, SDKs, and microservices-based architectures.
.Build and optimize prompt engineering pipelines, including zero-shot, few-shot, and Chain-of-Thought prompting.
.Implement ML pipelines, fine-tuning, and inference workflows, including parameter-efficient tuning (PEFT) where applicable.
.Build scalable data ingestion and processing pipelines using OCI services such as Data Flow, Object Storage, APIs
.Implement human-in-the-loop workflows for validation, feedback, and exception handling in AI-driven processes.
.Develop evaluation, logging, and monitoring mechanisms including prompt validation, response quality scoring, and regression testing.
.Optimize AI solutions for cost and performance, including Token usage optimization, Caching strategies, Efficient model selection and API usage
.Maintain versioning of prompts, models, and datasets to support traceability and controlled experimentation
.Conduct experimentation and A/B testing of prompts, models, and retrieval strategies to improve solution performance
.Prefer and leverage OCI-native AI and data services wherever applicable for optimized enterprise deployment
.Ensure adherence to AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications:
.Extensive experience in AI/ML, software development, Oracle Cloud, with hands-on experience in building AI applications.
.Mandatory - Strong Python programming skills and experience with data processing (JSON, APIs, etc.)
.Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g. Cohere, GPT etc.) & advanced prompt engineering techniques.
.Proven experience building RAG-based applications, including embeddings and vector search systems.
.Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph) or similar orchestration frameworks.
.Experience working with OCI Generative AI platform.
.Working experience with OCI Services: OCI Data Science, Oracle AI Services and Oracle Autonomous Database.
.Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and microservices-based architecture
.Experience implementing tool-calling / function-calling patterns with LLMs
.Experience with vector databases and similarity techniques (cosine similarity, etc.)
.Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle (training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring)
.Experience building API-driven or event-driven AI applications
.Experience with real-time or streaming architectures (event-driven processing, async workflows, message queues)
.Implement safeguards against prompt injection, data leakage, and other LLM-specific security risks
.Exposure to multimodal AI use cases (text, documents, images) using services like OCR, Document Understanding, or Vision models
.Experience implementing caching strategies for LLM responses and embeddings to optimize performance and cost
.Exposure to Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar standards for integrating LLMs with tools and enterprise systems
.Understanding of dataset preparation, ground truth creation, and evaluation metrics for AI systems
.Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain
.Experience with external vector databases such as Pinecone or Milvus
.Understanding of memory management concepts in agentic systems (context handling, session memory, etc.)
.Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, Angular, JavaScript)
.Understanding of OCI cloud fundamentals, including IAM, networking, and security
.Exposure to MLOps practices (CI/CD, model deployment, monitoring)
