Inviting Applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant _ Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) AI Architect
We are looking for an experienced OCI AI Architect to lead the design, architecture and deployment of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and traditional AI/ML solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
This role requires a deep understanding of OCI Architecture, Large Language Models, Agentic and AI/ML frameworks, data engineering, and OCI-native services
The ideal candidate will drive Agentic AI transformation initiatives, architect scalable AI solutions over OCI, and enable intelligent automation that can seamlessly integrate within the operational workflows of Oracle ERP and finance systems.
Key Responsibilities:
.Design, Architect and deploy enterprise grade AI/ML and Gen AI solutions using AI Capabilities over OCI platform.
.Architect and implement agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, including multi-agent orchestration and workflow automation.
.Design & implement RAG pipelines, leveraging embeddings, vector search, and enterprise knowledge bases using Oracle Autonomous Database (including 23ai vector capabilities).
.Build and lead development of ML pipelines and LLM fine-tuning pipelines, including parameter-efficient tuning (PEFT) and domain adaptation.
.Architect end-to-end AI solution lifecycle, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, & feedback loops.
.Define and implement AI governance, responsible AI, and security guardrails, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
.Design secure AI deployments using OCI networking, IAM, private endpoints, and data security best practices.
.Provide technical guidance and best practices around MLOps, model versioning, deployment automation, and AI governance.
.Evaluate and adopt emerging AI ecosystem standards (e.g., MCP) to enable scalable and interoperable agentic architectures.
.Evaluating and monitoring LLM outputs, including hallucination detection, response quality scoring, and continuous improvement mechanisms.
.Architect cost-optimized AI solutions by selecting appropriate models, optimizing token usage, and designing efficient inference strategies.
.Design memory strategies for agentic systems, including short-term context, long-term memory, and knowledge persistence.
.Design human-in-the-loop workflows for validation, exception handling, and continuous learning in AI systems.
.Understanding of event-driven and microservices-based architectures for scalable AI systems.
.Define testing strategies for AI systems, including prompt testing, scenario validation, and regression testing.
.Support customer presentations & solution demos, as needed with architectural insights and technical credibility.
.Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and application teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver AI-first, cloud-native solutions.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications:

.Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud and AI, with strong proven and hands-on experience in designing, architecting and deploying AI/ML & Gen AI Solution over OCI AI stack.
.Strong Python programming skills and experience with data processing (JSON, APIs, etc.)
.Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g. Cohere, GPT etc.) & advanced prompt engineering techniques (e.g. Zero-shot, Few-shot, Chain-of-Thought, and ReAct).
.Proven experience designing RAG architecture, embeddings-based retrieval, and vector search systems
.Strong understanding Fine-tuning and parameter-efficient tuning.
.Strong expertise in Agentic AI frameworks (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph) and multi-agent orchestration patterns
.Working experience with at least 2 OCI Pre-Built AI Services: Vision, Speech, Language, Anomaly Detection, Document Understanding etc.
.Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle and architecture principles: data lifecycle, feature stores, model registries, inference serving, feedback loops
.Must have working experience with semantic matching, fuzzy logic, and similarity scoring algorithms (e.g., cosine similarity, Jaccard, Levenshtein distance)
.Strong knowledge of AI governance, security, guardrails, and responsible AI.
.Must have knowledge of data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
.Proficient in AI/ML/Gen AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain) & Vector DBs (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus).
.Proficient in Agentic AI Frameworks (e.g. CrewAI, AutoGen and multi-agent orchestration workflow)
.Working knowledge with OCI Data Science, OCI Gen AI Service, OCI Gen AI Agents, Oracle ATP, Data Flow (Apache Spark), OCI Functions, API Gateway, and Monitoring
.Must have experience working with Oracle ATP, 23ai Databases and vector queries
.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
.Good to have experience in front end programming languages such as React, Angular or Javascript etc.
.Good to have: Experience with Finance domain solutions.
.Good to Understand Oracle Cloud Deployment, architecture, networking, Security and other essential components
.Good to have: Understanding of emerging standards such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) for enabling interoperability between LLMs, tools, and enterprise systems.
.B.Tech - Computer Science / MCA or equivalent degrees.

Preferred Qualifications:
.Any degree or diploma in AI would be preferred.
.Preferred: Two or more OCI certifications such as: OCI Generative AI Professional, Oracle AI Vector Search Professional, OCI Data Science Professional, OCI Architect Professional.
.Good to have AI Certifications from the following: Oracle AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications Developers, Oracle APEX Developer Professional.
