Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, Mulesoft Architect, SFDC!

A Salesforce MuleSoft Architect leads the design and implementation of complex integration solutions using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform. This role bridges business needs with technical execution, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing integrations across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:

• Integration Strategy & Architecture

• Define and lead the integration strategy using MuleSoft and Salesforce platforms.

• Translate high-level design (HLD) into detailed low-level design (LLD) specifications.

• Architect hybrid models using REST, SOAP, and GraphQL APIs.

• Solution Design & Delivery

• Implement event-driven and message-based architectures using tools like Kafka, JMS.

• Ensure reusability, scalability, and performance across all integration solutions.

• Technical Leadership

• Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.

• Act as the technical lead in client workshops and discussions.

• Collaborate with product leadership to guide MuleSoft feature development.

• Governance & Standards

• Enforce coding standards, design patterns, and API-led connectivity principles.

• Support project planning, effort estimation, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• Relevant integration experience, Relevant in a technical lead role.

• Deep expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform: API design, DataWeave, runtime, connectors.

• Proficiency in Java, JSON, XML, and integration protocols (REST, SOAP).

• Experience with GraphQL, Kafka, JMS, and enterprise integration patterns.

• MuleSoft certifications (Developer, Integration Architect) are highly desirable.

Soft Skills & Traits

• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.

• Ability to align technical solutions with business goals.

Preferred qualifications

• Certifications in Salesforce/Product Owner

• Years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem.

• Must be able to apply design thinking in the business processes.

• Must have done at least solutioning with 2-3 large implementations individually or in lead capacity.

• Understand the business problem and convert the problem into value stream.

• Excellent skills in persuasion and documentation using excel, word document, graphics etc.

• Expertise in any of the tools like draw.io, visio, lucidchart. Modelling tools knowledge is a must.

• Archimate is an additional advantage.

• DataModelling capability including creation or ERD.

• Self-motivated and capable to take decisions work in ambiguous situation.
