Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant _ MSD 365 Functional BA

We are seeking an experienced Functional Business Analyst with good expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes/hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The role involves working closely with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, and IT teams to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end processes within D365.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering
.Collaborate with business stakeholders (Procurement, AP, Finance, Supply Chain) to gather and document requirements.
.Conduct workshops and process mapping sessions.
.Prepare BRD, FRD, functional design documents (FDD), and user stories.
.Perform fit-gap analysis between current processes and D365 standard functionality.
.Recommend best practices aligned with D365 capabilities.

2. Support Implementation
.Support end-to-end implementation lifecycle (Design, Build, Test - SIT, UAT, Deploy).

3. Stakeholder & Change Management
.Act as liaison between business and technical teams.
.Provide training to end users and create training documentation.
.Support hypercare and post-go-live stabilization.
.Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.

Qualifications we seek in You!

________________________________________Minimum Qualifications
.Bachelor's degree in Finance/Supply Chain/Business Administration, or related field.
.Experience in S2P functional roles or experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
.Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
.Experience in global rollout or multi-entity environments.
