Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant - Azure Solution Architect - GenAI
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Technology Leader to spearhead AI-led innovation and engage in strategic technology discussions with senior executives (CIO, CDO, CTO, CXO). This role requires a visionary leader who can define enterprise AI strategy, influence key stakeholders, and guide organizations through transformative journeys leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, and emerging technologies.
As part of this role, you will:
.Be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing secure, scalable, and cost-effective Microsoft Azure-based cloud solutions, including cloud hosted Generative AI-enabled applications.
.Engage with customers to understand requirements, craft compelling solution narratives, and demonstrate business impact.
.Conduct demos, address technical queries, and position AI-driven solutions effectively.
.Work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, DevOps, and security to translate business requirements into cloud and GenAI architectures, following Agile and DevOps delivery models.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of technology leadership, client engagement, and AI-driven transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Azure & GenAI Solution Architecture
.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and design Azure cloud and GenAI strategies to meet those objectives.
.Create and maintain cloud architecture blueprints ensuring scalability, reliability, performance, and security.
.Select appropriate Azure services and components to design end-to-end cloud solutions, including GenAI workloads where applicable.
Deployment & Implementation
.Configure and deploy Azure infrastructure, services, and applications.
.Design and implement Azure environments that support GenAI solutions tailored to client or internal use cases.
.Implement cloud security best practices and compliance requirements in collaboration with IT security teams.
.Work with Agile and DevOps techniques and implementation approaches during solution delivery.
Optimization, Reliability & Cost Management
.Continuously optimize Azure cloud resources for cost efficiency while maintaining performance.
.Monitor cloud resource usage and recommend cost saving strategies.
.Design and implement disaster recovery, redundancy, and failover mechanisms in Azure environments.
Data, Platforms & GenAI Enablement
.Design and implement effective database and data storage solutions on Azure.
.Design and implement GenAI solutions, ensuring outputs are contextually relevant to business requirements.
.Work closely with service line and IT security teams to design, implement, and manage Generative AI solutions while ensuring privacy and compliance.
.Regularly evaluate Azure platforms, GenAI components, and supporting tools to recommend improvements or modernization opportunities.Minimum Qualifications / Skills
.Bachelor%27s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent (BSc).
.Strong understanding of cloud computing principles including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
.Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services and architecture.
.Experience designing and deploying Azure based cloud architectures.
.Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
.Familiarity with Generative AI technologies and Azure hosted GenAI solutions.
.Experience working in Agile and DevOps delivery environments.
.Strong communication skills to work with cross functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Certifications
.Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
.Other relevant cloud certifications (AWS / GCP) are an added advantage.
.Cloud based AI or Generative AI certifications are desirable.
