Job Summary
This is not a support role. You'll work directly with C-suite and senior sales leadership at a fast-scaling B2B SaaS centaur, running executive business reviews, owning strategic initiatives, and solving the kind of unstructured GTM problems that don't have a playbook yet. High ownership, high visibility, high pressure. If that sounds like your natural habitat, read on.
Responsibilities:
- Own and lead weekly/monthly business reviews with global sales leaders - agenda, analysis, and follow-through
- Define KRAs and operating metrics for fast-scaling sales teams; drive accountability against them
- Solve complex GTM problems: conversion ratio gaps, pipeline leakage, coverage model failures, playbook execution breakdowns
- Lead strategic initiatives - org restructuring, cost optimization, GTM gap analyses, cross-functional alignment
- Review sales processes and systems end-to-end; deliver actionable improvement recommendations
- Analyze sales performance at team and individual level; surface insights that move leadership to act
- Act as dedicated Strategy & Operations partner for defined markets and functions (e.g., Partner Sales)
What We're Looking For:
- Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Technology undergraduate degree
- At least a 2:1 degree from a top university or 1.5+ years in IB, PE, VC, or internal Strategy & Operations function
- Proven experience in B2B GTM functions or strategy consulting, SaaS sales expertise is highly desirable
- Sharp communicator - equally effective writing a memo and presenting to a CEO
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with models, messy data, and executive storytelling
- High ownership mentality; thrives with ambiguity and minimal supervision
- Collaborative, resourceful, and effective across multinational teams
