Operating at a global scale, the team is focused on responsible value creation—optimizing pricing strategies, strengthening portfolio decisions, and enabling customer‑centric, data‑driven outcomes that support sustainable and profitable growth.
What You Will Do
- Drives core Pricing Operations processes, aligned with enterprise pricing strategy and governance
- Serves as the SME for pricing analytics and business impact insights, supporting leadership decision‑making
- Delivers executive‑ready analytics and dashboards across pricing, revenue, margin, inventory, and customer impact
- Advances automation, standardization, and process improvement to strengthen the scalability and effectiveness of Pricing Operations
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Pricing Analytics, Business Operations, or a related analytical role
- Strong proficiency in advanced Excel (complex formulas, Power Query, PivotTables) and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent
- Experience working with ERP and pricing systems, including SAP and CRM platforms, with the ability to integrate data from multiple sources
- Proven ability to deliver accurate, insight-driven reporting with strong standards for data quality, consistency, and traceability
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Operations, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline
