About the Role

We are looking for a Presentation Specialist with a strong design sense and a flair for visual storytelling. This role requires collaborating across teams to design high-quality, brand-aligned presentations, proposals, templates, and social media posts. You will play a key role in transforming complex data into simple, engaging visuals that effectively communicate business messages.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with consultants and teams to create compelling internal and external visual content
• Design impactful and brand-compliant presentations, templates, booklets, and digital/print materials
• Understand data and conceptual ideas and transform them into visually intuitive graphics, charts, and infographics
• Create visually appealing templates for proposals and information-heavy presentations
• Review and provide feedback on design work from vendors and partners to ensure consistency and quality
• Ensure all visual communication aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of excellence
• Design creative content for social media platforms
• Support video editing and basic animation tasks like GIF creation (preferred but not mandatory)

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ year of experience in designing presentations and digital/print collateral
• Strong grasp of design principles, data visualization, and branding
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Prezi, and Keynote
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, GIMP, and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure
• Good understanding of business communication and ability to visualize data to enhance storytelling
• Experience with video editing and GIF creation is a plus

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field from a reputed institute
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality work in visual storytelling, presentations, templates, and creative layouts
