Senior Presentation Specialist

The Senior Presentation Specialist is responsible for creating highimpact presentations and visual storytelling materials for senior leadership and key business functions. This role requires strong design expertise, exceptional narrative-building skills, and prior experience working in a consulting environment, with the ability to translate complex conceptsespecially in AI, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Business Strategyinto clear and compelling presentations.

The specialist partners closely with executives and SMEs to craft presentations that communicate insights, strategies, and recommendations with maximum clarity and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, and design tools.


• Translate technical and strategic contentespecially in AI, machine learning, analytics, data engineering architectures, and business strategy frameworksinto simple, clear narratives.


• Develop charts, infographics, diagrams, and visual frameworks tailored to consulting-style storytelling.


• Redesign or elevate existing decks to improve flow, structure, and visual appeal.

• Work with stakeholders to define presentation flow, storyline, and messaging, following consulting best practices (MECE, top-down communication, pyramid principle).

• Maintain a library of templates, icons, diagrams, and reusable visual assets.

• Collaborate with AI, Data Science, Data Engineering, Strategy, and Product teams to gather content.


• Partner with business leaders and SMEs to refine narratives and finalize high-stakes presentations.


• Support leadership reviews, business strategy sessions, client pitches, and internal/external communications.

• Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers or presentation specialists.


• Conduct training sessions on consulting-style presentation development and visual communication best practices.


• Introduce new design tools, templates, and techniques to improve team efficiency and quality.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Prior experience working in a consulting environment (Big 4, strategy consulting, technology consulting, or internal consulting teams).


• Strong ability to understand, structure, and visualize content across themes such as AI, Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Business Strategy.


• Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and visualization tools.


• Excellent visual design skills: layout, typography, color theory, branding.


• Strong storytelling and message-framing capabilities.


• Ability to simplify complex technical information into executive-ready visuals.


• Exceptional attention to detail and quality.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Communication, Business, Technology, or related field.


• 58 years of professional experience in presentation design or visual communication.


• Experience preparing consulting-grade decks for senior management, clients, or strategy teams.


• Strong portfolio demonstrating consulting-style presentation work across AI, data, and strategy topics.
