Senior Presentation Design Associate

Primary Role

• Design high-quality business and leadership presentations for internal and external stakeholders • Turn dense, complicated information into decks that are clear, structured, and genuinely compelling to look at

• Turn raw data into charts, tables, and infographics that tell a story, not just display numbers

• Own end-to-end delivery of presentation assets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness

• Collaborate closely with business, marketing, sales, and design teams to understand requirements and intent

• Apply strong visual hierarchy, layout systems, typography, and brand guidelines across all presentations

• Create, maintain, and evolve presentation templates, master slides, and reusable layouts to ensure efficiency and consistency

• Visualize data effectively using charts, tables, and infographics to support business storytelling • Leverage AI-powered design and productivity tools to accelerate ideation, drafting, and iteration without compromising design quality

• Use AI tools to rapidly prototype layouts, generate first-draft narratives from raw content, and streamline repetitive design tasks — freeing up time for higher-value creative and strategic work

• Ensure presentations meet enterprise-quality standards and align with Odessa's brand voice

• Continuously improve presentation quality and speed by adopting new tools, design trends, and AI-assisted workflows

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, visual communication, multimedia, or a related field

• 2–4 years of experience in business presentation design or related visual design roles • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint

• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, data visualisation and grid systems

• Hands-on experience in creating and maintaining presentation templates and master slide systems • Experience designing data-heavy and executive-level presentations

• Working knowledge of AI-powered design/productivity for content structuring, ideation, or slide generation

• Strong communication skills and ability to interpret business requirements

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to manage multiple requests and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of brand systems and design consistency at scale • Experience collaborating with cross-functional, global teams

• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into a design workflow while maintaining brand and quality standards

Good to Have

• Working knowledge of Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience building or customizing AI presentation workflows
