Role Description The Senior Presales role at Orange Realty is a full-time, on-site position based in Pimpri Chinchwad. This role involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their property requirements, and presenting suitable real estate options with clear value propositions. The Senior Presales professional will prepare and deliver detailed proposals, conduct property walkthroughs, and support sales teams with market insights and data-driven recommendations. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting needs assessments, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions in CRM tools. The role also includes contributing to presales strategies, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the presales cycle.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, property valuations, and client requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear presentations, negotiations, and client consultations.
  • Consulting and customer service skills to guide clients through options and build long-term relationships.
  • Demonstrated presales experience in real estate or related industries, including proposal development and solution presentations.
  • Ability to work on-site in Pimpri Chinchwad and collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office tools, and basic data analysis for reporting and forecasting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant certifications in real estate or sales are an advantage.
  • High level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and a client-focused mindset.
