Role Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Presales professional to lead solutioning and pursuit activities for Cloud & Infrastructure Services opportunities. The role involves shaping winning solutions, developing commercial proposals, leading client discussions, and supporting strategic deals across Cloud, Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, Network, Security, and Managed Services.
The ideal candidate should combine strong infrastructure and cloud domain expertise with experience in large deal pursuits, managed services, and executive client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solutioning for Cloud & Infrastructure Services pursuits, including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and proactive opportunities.
- Work with Sales and clients to understand business requirements and develop compelling solutions and value propositions.
- Design scalable solutions across Cloud, Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, Network, Security, and Managed Services.
- Develop operating models, transition approaches, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
- Build effort estimates, pricing inputs, business cases, and commercial models in collaboration with delivery and finance teams.
- Lead client workshops, solution presentations, proposal defenses, and executive discussions.
- Collaborate with SMEs, architects, delivery leaders, and bid teams to develop winning proposals.
- Contribute to reusable assets, solution accelerators, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, or Managed Services.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Solutioning, or Pursuit Management.
- Experience supporting large Cloud, Infrastructure, or Managed Services pursuits.
- Strong understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Hybrid Infrastructure, ITSM, Automation, and Managed Services.
- Experience in solution development, commercial structuring, and proposal management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Certifications
- AWS, Azure, or GCP Certifications
- ITIL Foundation/Expert
- TOGAF or Enterprise Architecture Certification
