We are seeking a full-time Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team at our Kolkata office. In this on-site role, the Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms to maximize ROI. You will drive performance marketing strategies, conduct in-depth analysis, manage budgets, and generate reports to evaluate campaign performance. The role requires working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet marketing goals and deliver measurable impact for our clients.

• Expertise in Paid Advertising, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Proficiency in Campaign Management, Tracking, and Optimization techniques
• Strong skills in Data Analysis, Reporting, and Use of Tools such as Google Analytics
• Experience in SEO/SEM strategies and tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
• Knowledge of A/B Testing, Conversion Rate Optimization, and audience segmentation
• Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and teamwork abilities
• Experience in eCommerce or performance-driven industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
