Roles and Responsibilities :
We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented PPC Executive to manage paid advertising campaigns for various clients, including freelance projects sourced through platforms like Upwork. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid media platforms. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, performance monitoring, and optimization to ensure ROI and client satisfaction.
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, or Amazon Ads.
- Analyze client requirements and business goals to develop custom ad strategies.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Write compelling ad copy and optimize creatives in collaboration with content/design teams.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide weekly/monthly performance reports to clients.
- Optimize campaigns to meet or exceed KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
Requirements
- 25 years of proven experience in managing PPC campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience working on Upwork or other freelancing platforms is a strong plus.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
- Understanding of SEO basics and how paid and organic efforts align.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks.
