Digitech India is looking for a results-driven and experienced Senior PPC Executive to lead and manage high-performing paid campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will not only drive campaign performance but also lead a team, take ownership of deliverables, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-market PPC campaigns to achieve performance and ROI targets
- Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads
- Manage and optimize Google Merchant Center feeds to ensure proper product alignment
- Set up and manage accurate tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and CRM tools like GHL
- Implement user behavior tracking using tools such as Smartlook and Microsoft Clarity
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of campaign types based on business objectives
- Conduct detailed competitor analysis to understand market demand and competitor strategies
- Maintain a strong results-oriented approach to ensure budget is utilized effectively
- Follow structured processes and checklists for campaign execution
- Handle daily account management, including bid adjustments, keyword optimization, A/B testing, and budget allocation
- Analyze performance data and implement strategies to improve conversions and reduce CPA
- Prepare detailed reports and share actionable insights with internal teams and clients
- Perform keyword research and apply effective campaign structuring and targeting strategies
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in digital advertising
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in PPC / Paid Media.
- Strong experience in E-commerce PPC campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Bing Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel knowledge.
- Ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and team management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving and result-oriented mindset.
Leadership & Ownership Responsibilities
- Handle and guide the PPC team, ensuring proper execution of assigned tasks.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely delivery with quality output.
- Take complete ownership of projects and campaign performance.
- Act as a decision-maker for campaign strategies, optimizations, and budget allocation.
- Monitor team performance and drive productivity and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, Content, Design, Development) for integrated campaign success.
- Ensure best practices and process adherence within the team.
