Role Name: Senior Power Platform Solution Consultant

Role Purpose
Responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions aligned with business processes, operational workflows, and Dynamics 365 ecosystems.
The role focuses on:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Dataverse
- Dynamics 365 extensions
- workflow automation
- operational productivity solutions
- embedded operational experiences
while collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and AI engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
- Develop and configure Power Automate workflows and approvals
- Extend and integrate solutions with Dynamics 365 applications
- Implement operational workflow automation and business process improvements
- Support embedded operational experiences within:
- Dynamics 365
- Teams
- Outlook
- SharePoint
- Collaborate with AI engineering teams to embed AI-assisted capabilities into workflows where required
- Participate in discovery workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design activities
- Follow Microsoft Power Platform governance, security, and ALM best practices
- Support testing, deployment, and operational rollout activities

- 2+ years of Dynamics 365 implementation or extension experience
- Experience working on enterprise workflow automation and operational modernization initiatives
- Experience in customer-facing consulting or implementation roles preferred
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Engineering
- Business Information Systems
- or related discipline
Equivalent practical industry experience may also be considered.
Preferred Experience
- Enterprise Power Platform implementation experience
- Dynamics 365 implementation or extension experience
- Experience with operational workflow modernization
- Exposure to Copilot Studio or AI-assisted operational experiences
- Experience working in governance-controlled enterprise environments
