Senior Power Platform Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer with strong hands-on expertise in building applications using Power Apps (Canvas Apps & Model-Driven Apps), automating business processes using Power Automate, and working extensively with Dataverse. Experience with Power BI is desirable for supporting analytics and reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement applications using Power Apps (primarily Canvas Apps; Model-Driven Apps is a plus).
• Build and maintain Power Automate flows for business process automation (cloud flows, approval workflows, integrations).
• Work extensively with Microsoft Dataverse, including schema design, relationships, data modelling, and security roles.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with APIs, connectors, and external systems as required.
• Create basic to intermediate Power BI reports/dashboards to support application use cases
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and convert them into technical designs and functional apps.
• Prepare technical documentation, perform unit testing, and support UAT and deployment.
• Work with cross-functional teams and ensure solutions follow best practices, governance, and security standards.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure smooth operation of Power Platform applications.

Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform:
• Power Apps (Canvas Apps required; Model-Driven Apps is a plus)
• Power Automate (cloud flows, integrations)
• Dataverse (tables, relationships, business rules, security roles)
• Practical experience in building end-to-end business applications using Power Platform components.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform connectors, environment strategy, and solution management.
• Experience in API integration and usage of custom connectors.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation, solution designs, and process flows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal, and written).

Good-to-Have / Preferred

• Experience with Power BI for creating supporting reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of ALM for Power Platform using Azure DevOps.
• Microsoft certifications like PL-100, PL-200, PL-400.
• Experience with security, governance, and environment management for Power Platform.
• Experience mentoring or guiding team members.
