Role Definition
Roles at this level are individual contributors that participates in technical design, development, implementation and support of application systems for specific area
Key Responsibility
- Develop and customize Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Dataverse solutions.
- Implement and customize Dynamics 365 CRM (workflows, plugins, entities, business rules, etc.).
- Design automation workflows in Power Automate with third-party integrations.
- Program web services/interfaces for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform integration.
- Manage project-specific changes to align solutions with business goals.
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and ensure performance of Power Platform/Dynamics apps.
- Develop add-ons, interfaces, and adjustments during upgrades, ensuring testing and rollout.
- Maintain user and system documentation, including local adjustments.
- Draft and implement IT concepts based on improvement proposals from stakeholders.
- Provide user training during rollouts and major upgrades for smooth adoption.
Technical / Subject Knowledge
- Expertise in Dataverse and Model-Driven Apps customization, including end-to-end system implementation and troubleshooting.
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and their integration capabilities.
- Proficiency in Canvas Apps development and ability to incorporate complex logic, formulas, and data integrations.
- Experience in leveraging out-of-the-box features, as well as creating advanced solutions beyond standard capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with CRM Dynamics 365 customization (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service modules preferred).
