Job Title: Senior Power Platform Developer
Seniority Level: Senior
Experience Required: 4-6 years
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, Dynamics 365, Teams).
- Customize and extend SharePoint (modern sites, lists, libraries, web parts) and build integrations using REST/OData, OAuth2.0, CSOM/JSOM, and PowerShell.
- Provide architecture, configuration, administration, security hardening, and documentation; own project estimates, timelines, and client communications.
- Lead SharePoint migrations, workflow design (Nintex/SharePoint Designer), and support cross-functional teams in an Agile-Scrum environment.

- SharePoint (modern & classic, migrations, CSOM/JSOM, REST/OData, PowerShell)

- React (for SharePoint UI customizations)
- Gulp / Yeoman (build tooling for SharePoint projects)
- Office Fabric UI / Fluent UI
- Microsoft Teams integration (beyond core Power Platform usage)
- Agile-Scrum methodology & workflow tools (Nintex, SharePoint Designer)
