Senior Power Platform Developer

About the Role

Neutrino Advisory is seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer with strong expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate to build enterprise business applications and workflow automation solutions for our clients.

This is a hands-on Individual Contributor role requiring deep technical expertise in Microsoft's Power Platform ecosystem, integrations with Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications, and the ability to work directly with client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise applications using Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps.
• Build and optimize business workflows using Power Automate.
• Develop scalable solutions using Dataverse and Power Fx.
• Create integrations with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, SQL Server, Microsoft Graph APIs and REST services.
• Develop Custom Connectors and reusable Power Platform components.
• Configure security, environments and solution lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Participate in technical design discussions, solution estimation and architecture reviews.
• Work closely with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow established development and deployment standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Microsoft Power Platform development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven).
• Strong experience with Power Automate.
• Experience with Dataverse and Power Fx.
• Experience developing Custom Connectors.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph APIs and REST APIs.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with SQL Server and relational databases.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
