Hiring: Senior Power Electronics Design Engineer

Location: Bengaluru, Onsite Sadashivnagar

Experience: 8+ Years

We are looking for a hands-on Power Electronics Engineer with strong expertise in converter hardware design, PCB development and product industrialisation.

Key Requirements

1. PCB Design & Development: Proven hands-on ownership of schematics, component selection, PCB design, layout and hardware bring-up for power electronics circuits.
2. Power Converter Design: Strong experience designing and debugging DC-DC/DC-AC converters, power stages, MOSFET/IGBT circuits and gate drivers.
3. Productisation: Demonstrated experience taking at least 2 power electronics products/converters to mass production, preferably within the last 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Own converter hardware development from design and prototyping through validation and production.
• Perform board bring-up, debugging, lab testing and EMI/EMC validation.
• Drive design improvements for thermal performance, reliability and manufacturability.

Good to Have: SiC/GaN experience, battery chargers, onboard chargers and high-power converters.
