- The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing complex Power BI solutions, transforming raw data into actionable insights.
- You will be a key contributor in designing, building, and maintaining sophisticated dashboards and reports, driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Power BI Development Architecture:
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced Power BI dashboards and reports, leveraging DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling best practices.
- Architect and implement robust Power BI solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and data integrity.
- Develop and maintain data models, calculations, and visualizations to meet complex business requirements.
- Optimize Power BI performance through efficient data modeling, query optimization, and report design.
Data Integration Transformation:
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from diverse data sources, including databases, cloud platforms, and APIs, using Power Query.
- Implement data cleansing and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Design and implement data warehousing solutions to support Power BI reporting.
Requirements GatheringAnalysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Technical Leadership Mentorship:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior Power BI developers.
- Establish and enforce best practices for Power BI development and deployment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and industry trends.
Performance Tuning and Optimization:
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Optimize DAX queries and data models for efficient data retrieval.
- Implement strategies for improving report loading times and overall performance.
