Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer with strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-grade business applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Power Platform solutions, integrating enterprise systems, leading technical teams, and engaging with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and deploy Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps.
· Develop complex Power Automate workflows with approvals, notifications, error handling, and automation.
· Create interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, DAX measures, and KPIs.
· Integrate Power Platform with Dataverse, SharePoint, Excel, SAP, Snowflake, SQL Server, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph.
· Manage ALM using Power Platform Solutions, deployment pipelines, and Dev/UAT/Production environments.
· Gather requirements, prepare design documents, conduct demos, and communicate with clients.
· Lead and mentor development teams, assign tasks, perform code reviews, and support project delivery.

Required Experience
· Minimum 6+ years of Microsoft Power Platform development.
· Enterprise Power Apps development experience.

· Experience integrating SAP, Snowflake, SQL Server, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Excel.
· Experience with governance, ALM, and Agile delivery.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Preferred Certifications
· PL-400, PL-600, PL-900, PL-300.
