Responsibilities

Design and execute formulation trials for talc- and glass-filled PP compounds
Own pilot extrusion runs, mechanical testing programs, and scale-up documentation
Partner with key automotive tier-1 customers on specification development
Mentor junior engineers and manage the materials characterization lab

Requirements

M.Tech/PhD in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
6+ years in polyolefin compounding or masterbatch development
Hands-on twin-screw extrusion and DOE experience
Working knowledge of automotive OEM material specifications
