Position : POD Tech Lead - Offshore

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Gurgaon

Experience: 8+ Years

Role Type: Technical Lead + Client Facing

Shift: General Shift (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST)

Work Mode: 5 Days WFO initially for few weeks

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

5+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale projects with high complexity

6+ years of Product Management / Engineering / Technical Lead experience

Strong understanding of Microservices, REST APIs, Spring Boot, Java, React & Cloud (Azure preferred)

Good exposure to SDLC, DevOps, SRE & Quality Engineering

Ability to manage technical, product & business stakeholders effectively

Experience in project management and team leadership

Mentoring technical teams and technical leads

Agile Transformation planning and execution experience is a plus

Strong communication, presentation & coordination skills

Ability to identify and mitigate project risks/issues independently

Experience in idea cost-benefit reviews

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree preferred | MBA / Graduate Degree is a plus
