About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Play Therapist with a deep understanding of child psychology and early development to join us as an expert consultant.

This is a part-time, collaborative role where you'll review, advise, and share insights that help shape the frameworks, activities, and play-based tools we create for parents and children. You'll also be featured as an expert on our app, representing a trusted, evidence-based voice in early childhood development.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer expert consultation and review of play-based strategies, developmental plans, and childparent engagement ideas.
• Provide research-backed insights on emotional regulation, social skills, and cognitive growth through play.
• Collaborate with our content team to develop and refine parent guides, educational materials, and play narratives.
• Participate in expert features, Q&As, or short interviews for our app and community channels.

Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Play Therapy, Child Psychology, or Early Childhood Development.
• Strong academic or professional background in psychology.
• Montessori training or experience is preferred.
• Skilled at turning developmental principles into practical, empathetic guidance.
• Passionate about helping parents and children build stronger emotional connections through play and understanding.
