Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy

  • Develop, communicate, and execute a clear product vision and strategy aligned with overall business objectives.

Market Analysis

  • Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning to inform product decisions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, user experience, regional teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless product development, delivery, and launch.

Customer Adoption & Feedback

  • Engage with customers regularly to gather feedback and insights, ensuring the product meets or exceeds KPIs and customer expectations.

Data Domain & Technology Integration

  • Partner with engineering teams to deliver Gen AI-based solutions that incorporate both internal and external variables for dynamic planning and replanning scenarios.

Qualifications:

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience

  • 8+ years of total experience with at least 4 years in Product Management, preferably focused on data products or supply chain platforms.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Figma. Familiarity with agile development processes preferred.

Leadership Skills

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (15+ members) and manage diverse stakeholder expectations.

Analytical Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making data-driven decisions.
