The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Platform Engineer with
24 years of expertise in building scalable, high-performance, and efficient full-stack web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize platforms that power XenonStack's AI and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of both front-end and back-end components of enterprise-grade applications.
- Implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using modern architectures.
Collaboration & Integration
- Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, high-quality interfaces.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end and third-party services.
Optimization & Quality
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
- Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications for stability and improved user experience.
Technology & Process
- Work with Git and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies, applying them to ongoing projects where relevant.
Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 24 years of experience in Full-Stack Development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong back-end experience with Node.js, Express.js, or similar.
- Database proficiency in SQL and NoSQL systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Familiarity with RESTful API development, testing frameworks, and version control tools like Git.
