AsInt is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer & Technical Lead to take ownership of our growing SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem. This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll work directly with executive leadership to modernize, stabilize, and scale our platform operations.

Experience Required:

10–15+ years of overall IT experience

5+ years of hands-on SAP BTP experience

Strong expertise in GCP, Kubernetes, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure Automation, and Cloud Operations

Prior experience leading and mentoring engineering teams

Key Responsibilities:

Own and scale SAP BTP multi-tenant environments and B2B integrations

Architect, deploy, and manage GCP infrastructure including GKE, Cloud SQL, IAM, Networking, and Security

Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Ansible), and cloud automation practices

Drive platform reliability, observability, monitoring, incident response, and operational excellence

Lead a team of platform engineers and establish best practices across cloud operations and DevOps

Partner with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to support business growth and customer success
