*Location: Egmore, Chennai*

We seek an experienced Senior Planning Engineer for residential projects.

• Salary:* Rs. 60,000 - Rs. 70,000 per month
  
  

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules and timelines
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and propose solutions
• Prepare and review project reports and updates
  
  

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• 10-12 years of experience in residential projects
• Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project
  
  

Work Location: Egmore, Chennai.
