Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Planning Engineer based in Bengaluru. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for creating detailed project plans, overseeing production schedules, analyzing workflows, and ensuring efficient project control. The role involves close collaboration with project teams, monitoring progress, and providing informed recommendations to ensure timely project completion and adherence to quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Planning and Production Planning for construction or engineering projects
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and problem-solving to optimize workflows and identify potential project challenges
- Experience in Project Control, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and other stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Proficiency in project management and planning
- Understanding of construction processes and a commitment to safety and quality standards
