Are you a COA-licensed architect with 7+ years of experience in shaping landmark projects

Hyperloop Consultancy Group is looking for a Senior Planning & Approvals Architect (Freelance) to lead architectural design, municipal approvals, and redevelopment projects across Mumbai & Navi Mumbai.

Your Role:

• Lead architectural design, planning, and execution
• Prepare & review municipal drawings for Commencement Certificate (CC)
• Manage submissions, approvals, and compliance with NMMC / MCGM / CIDCO / SRA
• Develop detailed drawings, reports, and presentations
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities
• Ensure compliance with DCPR 2034, UDCPR 2020 & local by-laws
• Provide innovative, practical, and sustainable design solutions

What We're Looking For:

• COA Licensed Architect (mandatory)
• B.Arch / M.Arch with 7+ years professional experience
• Strong expertise in CC drawings & municipal approval processes
• Proven portfolio in redevelopment / high-rise / SRA projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp (or equivalent tools)
• Strong knowledge of local authority procedures & by-laws
• Independent, creative, and client-focused

Location: Navi Mumbai (Remote collaboration possible)
