Senior Plan to Fulfill (P2F) Supply Chain Process Consultant - Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP APO, Kinaxis Supply Chain Process Consultant to support and enhance our supply chain operations through effective use of SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) and Kinaxis tools. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and hands-on experience configuring and optimizing SAP APO modules such as DP (Demand Planning), SNP (Supply Network Planning), PP/DS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling), forecasting, and/or GATP (Global Available-to-Promise). You will collaborate with Mobility Aftermarket (MA) business division stakeholders to improve and optimize business processes and ensure successful project implementations

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of supply chain process solutions for MA.
• Drive end-to-end project lifecycle activities including blue printing, scoping, planning, designing, testing, training, deployment and post go-live support.
• Lead workshops and gather requirements from business users and process owners.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Design scalable solutions to address the global supply chain requirements.
• Evaluate current supply chain processes and identify areas of improvements.
• Integration of supply chain modules with SAP ECC / S/4HANA architecture.
• Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
• Provide post-go-live support and ensure smooth business continuity.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants or analysts.
• Document processes, enhancements and project-related artifacts.
• Stay current on best practices in supply chain management processes and new technologies (e.g. block chain, AI, etc).
• Effective collaboration with project and business organization with strong stake holder management skills
• Ability to navigate interpersonal conflicts professionally and contribute to solutions
• Ability to communicate assertively to ensure clarity, alignment and timely decision making

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Supply chain management, Information technology, Business administration, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP APO / Kinaxis / IBP in one or more modules (DP, SNP, PP/DS, gATP, etc).
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes (demand forecasting, MRP, inventory management, capacity planning, etc).
• Experience in full lifecycle implementations and support of supply chain processes.
• Experience integrating SAP APO / Kinaxis with ECC or S/4HANA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  SAP APO / Kinaxis certifications.
• Experience with SAP APO / IBP / Kinaxis or other advanced planning tools.
• Experience in global rollouts of supply chain functionalities in automotive space.
• Familiarity with tools such as MFALM, SAP Solution Manager, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.
• Experience working with a global team.
