Senior Placement Manager

Job profile: The position of Senior Placement Manager is to enhance Emertxe's placement profile by bringing in new placement clients. This requires establishing relationships with corporations by projecting Emertxe's value proposition and having them participate in the placement process. This position also requires coordination with internal teams to provide the right set of manpower to placement companies by following a predefined process.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate & establish new placement clients
• Sustain relationship with placement clients by continuous engagement
• Coordinate with internal teams by owning E2E placement activities

Job skill requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (Oral / Written)
• MS office (Excel / PPT / Word) skills to create relevant artifacts
• Previous proven experience in handling B2B engagements and closures
• Excellent coordination skills
• Well versed and hands on experience in Client Aquisition
