Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Physiotherapist, based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include designing and implementing personalized physiotherapy treatment plans, conducting in-depth physical evaluations, and performing manual therapy techniques to address diverse patient needs. The Senior Physiotherapist will also conduct workplace and environmental assessments, recommend modifications, design tailored exercise regimens, and provide educational guidance to patients for maintaining long-term well-being. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care is integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in pain management, manual therapy, and mobility enhancement techniques
- Proficiency in conducting workplace and ergonomic assessments to address MSDs
- Ability to design customized exercise programs and lifestyle modification plans
- Exceptional communication skills for patient interaction and education
- Proven capability in working as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in advanced physiotherapy equipment and technology is a plus
- Master's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field with relevant certifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in physiotherapy practice
