Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Physiotherapist located in Bengaluru. In this role, the Senior Physiotherapist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a broad range of conditions, including sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain. Responsibilities include designing and implementing customized treatment plans, using advanced physiotherapy techniques, providing guidance to junior therapists, and educating patients on injury prevention and rehabilitation protocols. The role involves close collaboration with patients, athletes, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, results-focused care.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, and advanced manual therapy techniques
• Experience in sports injury treatment, musculoskeletal pain management, and post-surgical rehabilitation
• Knowledge of neurological condition treatment and exercise therapy
• Proficiency in patient assessment, treatment planning, and outcome tracking
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with patients and collaborate with a healthcare team
• Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to junior therapists
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (MPT preferred)
• Relevant certifications or training in advanced physiotherapy techniques is a plus
