Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Physiotherapist based in Bengaluru. The Senior Physiotherapist will evaluate and treat patients with various physical conditions, design individualized rehabilitation programs, and monitor progress. The role includes supervising junior physiotherapists, maintaining patient records, and ensuring high-quality care across all therapy sessions. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals to support patient recovery and wellness is also expected.

Qualifications

• Expertise in pain management, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and post-surgical physiotherapy techniques
• Experience in sports injuries, neuro rehabilitation, and cardiac/pulmonary rehabilitation
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and patient care skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed patient records and understanding of healthcare compliance standards
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
• Registration with a recognized physiotherapy council and relevant work experience
• Commitment to continued professional development and staying updated on the latest physiotherapy practices
• Minimum 3 years of work experience
