Role Description

The Senior Physiotherapist will lead physiotherapy care delivery by assessing, diagnosing, and creating individual treatment plans for patients recovering from various conditions. The role involves overseeing therapeutic practices, providing hands-on physiotherapy sessions, and mentoring junior therapists to ensure consistent quality care. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient recovery and maintaining accurate progress records. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bhubaneswar.

Qualifications

• MPT NEURO with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
• Strong proficiency in Physiotherapy Assessment, Treatment Planning, and Diagnosis
• Skilled in providing Rehabilitation Therapy and Post-Operative Care, including mobility and pain management strategies
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with healthcare teams, including doctors and nurses, for patient-centred outcomes
• Effective communication skills to guide patients and train junior staff
• Attention to detail to maintain accurate patient records and evaluate therapy outcomes
• Experience managing complex cases or working in a rehabilitation centre is an advantage
