Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune and Chennai for a Senior Physical Design Engineer. The role involves developing robust physical designs, implementing physical verification, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end VLSI design cycles. Additional responsibilities include analyzing and optimizing designs for performance and power consumption, performing debugging and technical issue resolution, and contributing to high-quality tape-outs. The candidate is expected to lead projects, mentor team members, and maintain industry best practices in physical design and verification.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Physical Design and Physical Verification processes for VLSI, with experience in tools like PnR and STA.
• Strong background in Logic Design and RTL Design, including synthesizing and verifying designs.
• Knowledge of Circuit Design and RTL development with experience in debugging and optimization.
• Familiarity with EDA tools and methodologies commonly used in ASIC or FPGA workflows.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with the Semiconductor or Embedded Systems industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
