About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Software Development Engineer (SDE-II) to join our dynamic tech team in Gurgaon. In this role, you'll design, develop, and scale enterprise-grade backend and frontend modules powering high-traffic retail software solutions.

You'll collaborate closely with the product team, write efficient and maintainable code, and take ownership of modules end-to-end — from concept to deployment. This is your chance to contribute to cutting-edge retail technology that impacts thousands of users daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services using PHP frameworks (Laravel, CakePHP, Yii, or Phalcon).
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs for high performance and scalability.
• Work with MySQL and relational databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Develop modern web interfaces using Angular.js / React.js / Vue.js.
• Collaborate with QA teams to plan and automate test cases.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of the developed modules.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including daily standups and sprints.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in backend development (PHP frameworks).
• Strong command over MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience in REST API design and integration.
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, AWS/Azure, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Redis, Elasticsearch, or NoSQL databases.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
