Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Phlebotomist for a full-time hybrid role based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Phlebotomist will be responsible for overseeing and performing blood collection procedures with professionalism and precision, ensuring the integrity of samples and adherence to safety protocols. Additional duties include mentoring junior staff, updating patient records using medical terminology, and collaborating with the medical team to deliver high-quality care. Consistent communication with patients to provide a seamless and empathetic experience is an essential aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Blood Collection and Laboratory Skills
• Knowledge of Medical Assisting and Medical Terminology
• Familiarity with Medicine as it pertains to procedures and patient care
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow healthcare compliance and safety standards
• Experience mentoring or supervising junior team members is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or certification in Phlebotomy or a related medical field is highly desirable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide supportive, patient-centered service
