Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PHE Manager located in Bengaluru at McD BERL. The PHE Manager will be responsible for managing Plumbing, Heating, and Electrical systems in buildings. Daily tasks include overseeing installations, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and optimizing energy and water usage in buildings.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Plumbing, Heating, and Electrical system management
• Understanding of Green Certification and Sustainability practices
• Experience with Net Positive Energy and Water projects
• Familiarity with MEP design principles
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Certifications in relevant fields (e.g., LEED, GRIHA) are a plus
